Tequila Partida pairing dinner at Salud Tequila Lounge July 11, 2012

Salud Tequila Lounge will be offering a special menu paired with Tequila Partida on Wednesday, July 11th. The pairing dinner will begin at 7:30 pm. The meal includes a unique 3-course dinner complete with specialty cocktails (recipes by Partida Bartender Ambassador Jacques Bezuidenhout) and a 3-flight pairing of Tequila Partida. The menu includes a Roasted Lamb "Barbacoa" with a jalapeno-corn tamale in a guajillo-garlic-epazote sauce, a Flour Tortilla with Grilled Salmon Filet in a mango-jalapeno pico de gallo, and homemade Tres Leches for dessert.
