Starting Monday, July 13th / 4:00-5:00pm / Teen's Summer Yoga Series for Girls ages 13-18
Siri Amar Dev (Tamara Standard) teaches this series dedicated to young women's empowerment. During these classes, we will explore various types of yoga from Kundalini to Hatha and also playfully experiment with an array of poses. Included will be time to check-in and discuss meaningful topics that may arise doing yoga such as body image and other teen issues. Come prepared to have fun, overcome fears in a safe place, and get to know your true self better!
