Tee It Up For the Troops November 8, 2008

For this annual charity event open to the public, golf foursomes are partnered with Davis Monthan Air Force Base personnel and Arizona Air National Guard Task Force Desert Hawk troops for a modified five-person scramble game. The first annual tennis event, Serve It Up for the Troops, will complement the golfing. The format is a mixed doubles tournament with teams consisting of one military and one non-military participant. The cost includes breakfast, lunch and golf or tennis. All proceeds will directly benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, the Fischer House and the Air Force Foundation Tucson Community Cares Program.
