Teddy Bear Tea January 3, 2010

The Mount Vernon Hotel Museum & Garden invites visitors to banish post-holiday boredom at Teddy Bear Tea, a special event for children ages 3 to 6. Children can bring along their favorite teddy bears and dolls and meet the Mount Vernon Hotel proprietor's daughter, Sara Woodhull (played by a costumed actress), as she talks about a typical day at the Mount Vernon Hotel in 1830. Delectable fruit tea and cookies will be served following the event. General admission to Teddy Bear Tea is $10 for adults, $5 for children.
