Team In Training (TNT) is the world’s first, best and largest charity sports training program. The program provides training to run or walk a whole or half marathon or participate in a triathlon or century (100-mile) bike ride. Participants raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and Hodgkin’s Disease research and patient services in exchange for training, support, lodging and airfare to the sponsored event of their choice. Since TNT’s inception, 380,000 participants have raised over $900 million.

Participants range from seasoned athletes to novices who want to get in shape, triumph over a challenge and/or meet other motivated people. Each year, TNT trains over 39,000 participants and raises over $100 million for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! Local blood cancer patients, known as honored heroes, cheer participants along from training to completion. TNT participants often say their greatest inspiration and motivation come from their honored heroes, who themselves face an even greater challenge in their battle against cancer.

TNT helps fund research to find new treatments and cures for leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and Hodgkin’s Disease and provide critical education, services and support to patients and families battling these cancers. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society dedicates almost 75% of every dollar spent to advance its mission.

In exchange for raising funds, participants receive: personalized fitness training by TNT coaches for a period of four to five months, training clinics, a supportive group of teammates, and lodging and airfare (if applicable) to the event of their choice. Participants can choose the event in which they would like to participate.
