Come join us over a free lunch to discuss critical
issues in forming new ventures. This hands-on program is designed for both
undergraduate and graduate level students who have recently started, or who are
actively considering starting, an entrepreneurial venture. Topics will
include:
- Structuring Founder
and Equity Relationships
- Choosing an entity
type compatible with your fundraising strategy
- Protecting and
consolidating the ventures intellectual property
- Critical steps
necessary for raising early stage capital

The TCN University Series program is offered in collaboration with the Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship at Babson College, and provides TCN programming to the Babson University community.
The University Series program is open only to University participants (faculty, staff, students, and alumni), with the exception of the Breakfast panel program, which is also open to the general TCN community.
