a founder's, investor's and lawyer's perspective oncritical factors in creating
a successful company and planning for a valuable exit event. This
interactive discussion will also address thelegal logistics, timetables,
regulatory challenges and pitfalls to avoid as you approach your exit. You'll
learn a spectrum of options to help you navigate through your path to success.
