TCG Continues its Continental Certified Educational Program with Free Seminar in Miami August 28, 2012

The Continental Group (TCG), a FirstService Residential Management company, will host Continental Certified™ Educational Program Seminar Panel for Condominium Associations in Miami. The seminar, titled: 2013 Condo Budget Planning: Tips to Add Services Without Increases, will take place on Tuesday, August 28th at 6 p.m. at the Axis at Brickell located at 79 S.W. 12th Street, Miami, Florida 33130. This event, facilitated by Kregg Hale, VP of Operations for The Continental Group, is open to all community residents, Condo Association Board Members and Property Managers. Upon completion of this course, attendees will receive a certificate of achievement.

The 2012 Condo Budget Planning: Tips to Add Services Without Increases course will feature an interactive panel who will discuss reviews of statutory requirements, key elements for preparing an operations budget, insight into industry best practices as well as creative tips on stretching the dollar while maximizing services. Panelists will include Jeffery Ducker, CPA of Kane and Company, P.A. and Gary Mars, PA of Hyman and Mars, L.L.P.
