TCG Continues its Continental Certified Educational Program with Free Seminar in Coral Gables September 13, 2012

The Continental Group (TCG), a FirstService Residential Management company, will host Continental Certified™ Educational Program Seminar Panel for Condominium Associations in Coral Gables. The seminar, titled: Strategic Financial Planning for Condominium Associations, will be facilitated by Kregg Hale, VP of Operations for The Continental Group. The event is open to all community residents, Condo Association Board Members and Property Managers. Upon completion of this course, attendees will receive a certificate of achievement.

The Strategic Financial Planning for Condominium Associations seminar will provide attendees with information on best practices and innovative ideas on developing realistic association budgets, tips from experts on financial strategies and a legal perspective on risk management. The seminar will be hosted by a panel of subject-matter experts, including Helio De LaTorre, Esq. of Seigfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre, & Sobel, PA; and Monte Kane, CPA of Kane & Company, PA.
