A three-part seminar

1. 30 minute tutorial on sake making

Easily understand how sake is made in just 30 minutes!

Mr.Kitahara from the Shichiken brewery will demonstrate sake production.

2. Different temperatures for sake

Unlike wine and beer, sake can be enjoyed in a range from hot to cold.

We’ll serve sake in 5 different temperatures:

131F (55℃) Extraordinarily hot (Tobi-kiri-kan)

104F (40℃) Luke warm(Nuru-kan)

86F (30℃) Sunlight warm( Hinata-kan)

59F (15℃) Cool breeze cold(Suzu-hie)

41F (5℃) Snow cold(Yuki-hie)

3. Pairing sake with food

What kind of food do you think goes best with sake?

After you find the best temperature, you will find the best pairings with
food. Appetizers will be served to find out which one would be the best
match.
