Yin Yoga is a slower paced, more meditative practice. Poses are supported, primarily done seated, and held for 3-5 minutes which allows connective tissues and fascia to begin to unwind the tension around the muscles for a deeper release.
This style is a great addition to any yoga practice and is a great compliment a more active lifestyle. Perfect for all levels of yogis, this tradition welcomes everyone to experience a deeper connection to their breath, bodies, and mind, creating a peaceful spirit!
