Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a form of Hatha Yoga consisting of 26 poses with 2 breathing exercises. It is practiced in a heated room to help with flexibility to receive greater benefits and to promote detoxification through the skin. All poses can be modified for any limitations including injury and pregnancy.
