This unique Beard House dinner features a showcase of New England’s finest restaurants brought to you by Beard Foundation veterans: Massachusetts’ own Richard Garcia from Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, Will Gilson from Garden at the Cellar, Matthew Maue from Tastings Wine Bar and Bistro and Rhode Island’s own Matt and Kate Jennings from La Laiterie at Farmstead. The chefs use fresh and locally grown products at each of their restaurants and draw upon their New England backdrop for inspiration in creating each dish.
