The Akhaya Cookery School aims to celebrate delicious healthy food through our range of African cookery courses.
Our Taste of Ghana cookery course fuses cuisine from across Ghana to bring you tasty Ghanaian food. In this course we will being using fresh, organic ingredients as well as our range of 100% organic spices and spices blends.
This is a unique opportunity to discover delicious Ghanaian food. Our classes are suitable for cooks of all levels and is a great chance to meet other foodies in a fun and welcoming class.

Ghanaian-style Jollof rice
Kelewele
Waakye
Ghanaian-style bean stew
The Saturday afternoon course will be held from 2:30pm - 5:30pm.
