Wines will be shared among the group. Also note you may choose to bring any wine you desire.

"Taste of the France" will include a 5 Course Wine Dinner
with French Roast Regular and Decaffeinated coffee served concluding dinner.

Appetizer:
Saucisson, Mousse de Saumon, & Tapenade
Dry cured sausage, Salmon Mousse, & Olive Tapenade canapes

Soup:
French Onion Soup with Gruyere

Salad:
Frisee Salad with goat cheese & balsamic glaze

Main Course:
Beef Bourguignon (Burgundy Beef Stew)

Dessert:
Tarte de Pommes a la Normande
French Apple Tart with Creme Fraiche
