$24.95 per person

Chef will choose perfect wine pairings to go along with each course served.

"Taste of Austira" will include a 5 Course Wine Dinner w/Five Perfect Wine Pairings
Regular and Decaffeinated coffee served concluding dinner.

Appetizer:

Austrian Crab Cocktail w/ Hopler '09 Austrian Grune Veltliner

Salad:

Cucumber Pear Salad w/ Nicolar Herman '08 German Auslese Riesling

Soup:

Lentil & Bacon Soup w/ Fleur du Cap '08 South African Pinotage

Main Course:

Bierfeisch (Beef Casserole & Spatzle) w/ Graffigna '07 Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert:

Sachertorte w/ Yalumba '08 Australian Shiraz Viognier
