Join us for an evening of fine dining, camaraderie, and shared commitment to a project that has supported the free distribution of nearly 3 million traditional texts – an unprecedented effort to rebuild and preserve of Tibetan culture. Twenty-four celebrated chefs work in pairs to prepare exquisite four-course tableside creations, and this year we are pleased to offer a unique vegetarian option created by acclaimed chef James Syhabout. Carefully selected fine wines accompany each course. Live and silent auctions offer the chance to bid on unique getaways, Tibetan art, and other one of a kind items. All proceeds support the distribution of texts at the upcoming World Peace Ceremony in Bodh Gaya, India, February 2011.
