A tasty weekend blend of food, music and family fun, Taste Addison is North Texas’ most eagerly anticipated annual festival, with some of the world’s best bands and fantastic foods. The festival runs May 21-23 at Addison Circle Park and features food from more than 50 Addison restaurants offering generous samplings of their menus at special prices. A taste of the 2010 event includes Robert Mondavi Private Selection’s “Discover Wine” tour with special culinary extraordinaire/TV host, Ted Allen, the award-winning band, Train and Dallas Wind Symphony Swing Band performing on the Bud Light Main and new this year, Taste: the Competition!
To complement the menu, the festival includes fun activities like carnival rides, midway games, arts and crafts, and children’s entertainment. It’s that three-day event that gets your senses going with so much to taste, hear, smell and see - you’ll need a map of the menus to make sure you get a nibble of everything! But don’t worry if you run out of time, Taste Addison last all weekend, so make sure to book a Taste Addison hotel package for a special deal on lodging, admission and even free Tasty bucks to boot!
