Tapping Into Theology is a bi-weekly casual, down-to-earth, open-format discussion of theological concepts that touch our everyday lives. Join us on Tuesday, January 13, at 7:45 p.m. at Molly Brannigan’s for a discussion on "Is the Church Still Relevant in Today's World?"

Jesus was never a pastor of a congregation. He didn’t have a steeple or a manse or a fellowship hall or a parking lot. He never baptized anyone. Is our idea of church in line with what Jesus did? If we were to rethink how we do church in light of how Jesus ministered, how might we do things differently? Would we sell our stone edifices and hold all of our meetings in homes or schools? (Or in pubs?) Come join us for a critical look at what it means to be Christ’s church.

Join us. In the Kilkenny Room.
