Tantric Thai Cooking Class February 23, 2009

Dine Magazine will begin to offer a series of continuing education classes at Cook's Inc in Jupiter. These classes will take place on the last Monday of the month and will be taught by culinary diva, Maude Eaton (formerly of Market Salamander and Epicurean).

The first class is titled Tantric Thai and here's the menu:
Lychee Martini and fresh coconut water
Fresh Thai Steamed Mussels in a coconut curry sauce with a sweet Thai basil Asian slaw in lettuce cups
Oven roasted fish on wilted ginger bok choy
Stir-fried mixed vegetables
Lemony Jasmine Rice
Fresh fruit with mango sorbet

This will be a full dinner.

Cost is $65. RSVP and prepayment is required.
