Tango Dance Party with Redwood Tango Ensemble April 27, 2013

Let's dance! The Oshman Family JCC (OFJCC) will be hosting a fun and exciting party with the Redwood Tango Ensemble. There will be live music, two dance floors, spectacular demonstrations and a free lesson by tango instructor Igor Polk. Wine and light snacks will also be provided.

The Redwood Tango Ensemble is a quintet in the San Francisco Bay Area, dedicated to playing both traditional and original tango music. The group plays transcriptions and adaptations of the classic orchestras led by Francisco Canaro, Juan D'Arienzo, Osvaldo Pugliese, Anibal Troilo, Julian Plaza as well as original compositions and nuevo-tango from around the world.
