Meet Morgan Simpson And Charlie Poe after the Screening

Tampa, FL. (November 2, 2009) - Actor, writer and producer Morgan Simpson has been living his dream in Hollywood for the last 10 years. Now he returns to his hometown of Tampa toting a starring role alongside independent film legend, Michael Madsen in the psycho-thriller film titled, "Clear Lake, WI" (www.clearlakewimovie.com). Morgan is joined by long time friend, Tampa native and executive producer Charlie Poe in this project. Charlie is an executive producer of Clear Lake, WI.

The film, produced by Meriwether Productions and Liberty Road Entertainment and directed by Brian Ide, stars hometown boy Morgan Simpson, Michael Madsen (Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2, Sin City, Reservoir Dogs) as well as accomplished actors Paul Ben-Victor (In Plain Sight, Entourage, Push, Daredevil) and Audrey Wasilewski (Evan Almighty, Miss Congeniality 2, Something’s Gotta Give, What Women Want).
Shot in high-definition in Minneapolis and Clear Lake Wisconsin, the story chronicles five lives destroyed by sins of the past in what ironically was to be the beginning of a brutal and unforgiving winter of 2007 in the Midwest.
