An update on changes to the law affecting same sex couples and rainbow families.

In 2008, there were a large number of changes to the law giving equal rights to same sex couples in parenting and financial matters. This seminar will discuss the changes to the laws, how lesbian mums are now recognised under the law, same sex parenting and the new rights and obligations for same sex couples.
