Talk - Hands-on-Universe. 'Hands-on-Universe' to promote critical and creative thinking among science students.A group of scientists and educators at the Lawrence Berkeley National Labs and University of California in Berkeley, CA introduce via digital video conferencing an interactive science, math and technology education program titled Hands-on Universe (HOU) to students and teachers in India. The aim is to provide school children with science awareness, critical and creative thinking, and state-of-the-art technical skills.
