Shubhranshu Choudhary will draw on his experience with CGnetSwara, a citizen journalism initiative in Chhattisgarh, to highlight the importance of democratising communication to tackle issues that affect and concern the people of this country; and problems that challenge the functioning of political democracy, including what has been famously referred to as "the gravest internal security threat" facing the country.

It is being co-organised by the NWMB, Avadhi Mag and the Centre for Management Studies, Jain University.
