The cornerstone of the course is a breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya - a powerful and easy to learn tool that eliminates stress and rids the system of negative emotions. The course further empowers you to develop strong social and leadership skills, heighten awareness and increase mental focus. This program includes practical sessions on entrepreneurial skills, maximizing individual potential and physical, mental and emotional health. The course will lead to and end with a 3,000 person group meditation at Lafayette Park for Violence-Free, Stress-Free society.
