The Taiwanese Cultural Festival returns to celebrate Taiwan’s traditional, aboriginal and modern culture in Vancouver! As a five-time CEIA Best Cultural Event winner, TCF will have outstanding arts and craft exhibitions, excellent food fairs and markets, and vibrantly entertaining performances. Dragon boats races will thrill the audience, and a cooking competition will display Taiwanese and Canadian chefs’ techniques as well as their sense of flavor. It is a great event to end your summer! slscanada probably went to the wrong event. The event didn't start until Saturday and there were two venues including Roundhouse Community Centre. Lots to see!

Been there on Friday... I should listen to my friend who is also an exhibitor of the event -- there is nothing to see in this year! $9/person for admission + $15 parking is quite a rip....
