Tailgate Party with Matt Banks & Trish Ranallo October 16, 2010

Before the Michigan Homecoming Game against Iowa, our own Matt Banks will smoke a beef brisket on our Big Green Egg Grill & Smoker and serve up delicious tastes. He will be joined by our Le Creuset representative, Trish Ranallo, will join us to demonstrate her company's French enameled iron cookware on our 75-year-old Magic Chef stove. This time, Mark is stepping up with his original recipe Fleetwood Diner Corn Chowder, and Trish will be cooking no-knead bread and no-stir risotto.
