Join us for fitness and fun in a class blending the fluid movements of Tai Chi with Chinese healing and philosophical principles. Gentle exercises from Tai Chi Chuan, as well as Qi Gong routines such as Five Elements and Eight Brocade are included. These exercises improve balance, strength, coordination and circulation, relieve stress and promote a sense of calm alertness. After class, students feel very relaxed, yet energized. Rose Chao is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, who has studied and taught Tai Chi and Qi gong for many years.
