This specially designed program is based on sun style Tai Chi that is easy to learn, safe, effective and suitable for any fitness level. You will learn a variety of gentle movements with warm-ups, cool downs and Qigong exercise that can relieve pain and improve circulation, concentration, balance, strength and posture.
