Tahoe Comedy North brings laughter to the Crystal Bay Casino in the beautiful Crown Room on North Lake Tahoe. Doors open at 7:00 and show starts at 8:00.
Tahoe Comedy North is proud to present headlining comedian, Jackson Perdue. Asked if he was the class clown in school he replies “No, I was the class smart ass. The difference being the class smart ass disrupted the class with a sharp wit, whereas the class clown relied on making noises and funny faces to do the same. The class clowns of yesterday are the prop comics of today.” Jackson’s comedic influences are Richard Pryor (for heart & soul) Groucho Marx (for his irreverent and quick wit), Bugs Bunny (nobody’s cooler) and Lenny Bruce (for taking the heat for the rest of us.)
Sean Peabody is our comedic host for the evening. Sean has been exploding on the comedy scene for the last ten years. Sean has opened for many big name comedians such as, Robin Williams, Eddie Griffin, John Witherspoon, and more. His style of comedy is high energy and relatable for all ages and "all walks of life" folks. Sean likes to involve the crowd, not to make fun of but to find what we all can laugh at together. So if you want to laugh till it hurts you are in for a fantastic show.
Matt Weigand will be our guest comedian for the night. Matt’s material is largely observational, edgy but not offensive, and could almost be considered as pissed off and nerdy. He dabbles in characters and has two pretty successful alter egos. Matt can pander to an older audience or a younger college crowd; both seem to like what he brings to the table!
