Tactical Striking-Principles and Application December 15, 2012

Principles and application of tactical striking - distancing, timing, angles, movement & how to maximize your effectiveness. We will mostly focus on principles rather than "how to punch" (though there will be some instruction in punching fundamentals). There will be no sparring - just focused practice. Bring yourself, good positive energy, and a learning attitude. Preregistration required.
Minimum Age: 16 (minors require parent or guardian signature).
What you need: Athletic pants, t-shirt (this is a barefoot event).
