It’s that time of year again! The Plaza throws a party thanking it’s current members while hoping to rope in a few new ones in the process.

A sexy, campy classic from the early 1990s, Showgirls is experiencing a revival as of late as a cult, over the top romp into the sordid world of Las Vegas’ legendary stage productions. The movie will be pre-empted by a brief stage show inviting audience participation. Attendees are urged to partner up and compete in a contest re-enacting the infamous “pool scene”. There will be prizes for the best-dressed as characters from the film. In the lobby, there will be photo opportunities free pizza from Mellow Mushroom and other refreshments.

This night will also kick off the Plaza’s newest ongoing film series Taboo-La-la, Hosted by Blast Off Burlesque, Taboo-La-La will cheekily explore cult cinema.
