T3: Tropics, Treasures & Trains, the 3rd Annual Conservatory of Flowers Gala, kicks off this year's spectacular holiday Garden Railway exhibition with a sneak preview of the display, buffet delicacies, fine wines, and entertainment in the Orchid Pavilion.

The Conservatory of Flowers' 2010 Garden Railway celebrates the 140th Anniversary of Golden Gate Park with an all new display that brings the City’s famed park to miniature life.

Model trains and trolleys wend their way through mini versions of the Park’s specialty gardens recreated in loving detail with hundreds of dwarf plants, zip past replicas of Park landmarks, speed around sparkling water features and even whiz by a wee bison paddock.

In addition to the Garden Railway, all galleries will be open providing a rare opportunity to experience the Conservatory at night.

Proceeds benefit the Conservatory of Flowers' youth environmental education programs.
