T.O.P.S. - Take Off Pounds Sensibly June 8, 2009

A new T.O.P.S. chapter has been formed for Arroyo Grande. T.O.P.S. is an international non-profit organization founded in 1948 as a support group for people of all ages who are struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Dues are $26.00 annually, which is paid to the national headquarters. Weekly meetings are held at the Harvest Church Parsonage - up the hill behind the church, on Mondays from 5:15pm to 6:15pm.
