Swing Dance with the Gina Knight Orchestra August 31, 2008

The Gina Knight Orchestra will perform from 7:30 p.m. - midnight, Sunday, Aug. 31 at the Willowbrook Ballroom, 8900 S. Archer Ave, Willow Springs. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. A complimentary swing dance lesson will be given from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m., and open dance follows.

The Gina Knight Orchestra was formed in 2002 and is comprised of eight Chicagoland musicians. Knight, of Joliet, started playing music professionally when she was 15 years old and leads the orchestra on drums and vocals.

Admission is $12 or $10 with a student ID. Participants are encouraged to attend in vintage attire, no jeans or gym shoes please. Singles and couples of all ages are invited.
