Sweetpea's Bake Sale March 12, 2011

Debbie Anderson and Erica Williams went out
on a rescue call on Monday and retrieved a
dog who was starving. This dog was at least
30 pounds under weight and she was in such
poor condition that she would not eat. She
had no life threatening conditions such as
heartworms, but she was dying anyway. At
Rutherford Veterinary she has been receiving
IV treatment and special feeding to help get
her eating on her own again.
Sweetpea still has a long road of recovery ahead of her, but Debbie
is prepared to foster her and pamper her back to health! Debbie
is going to host a Bake Sale on Saturday, March 12 at Autumn
Lanes Bowling Alley to raise money to help pay for the vetting
that Sweetpea requires to get her well enough to leave the hospital.
If you can help by donating baked goods, please take them to Autumn
Lanes between now and Saturday. And then if you can buy
some baked goods to support the sale, visit Autumn Lanes between
10 am and 2 pm on Saturday.
