Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jelly Workshop September 23, 2012

Basil, banana peppers and habeneros from the Heartland Harvest Garden combine to create a festive spread sure to warm the heart as well as the taste buds. This is not the green and red pepper jelly you may be imagining. The finished jelly will be a colorful blend of ingredients infused in an amber-colored gel. In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare and preserve a fresh-made jelly.
