Sweet and Savory Crepe Brunch May 8, 2011

Although you may not be able to treat mom to a trip to Paris, Et Voila!’s special Crepe Brunch on Mother’s Day will make her feel as though she’s left DC to dine on the Champs-Elysees. Chef Claudio Pirollo is offering over 6 selections of savory and sweet crepes made specifically to celebrate Mother’s Day including the artisanal Buckwheat Crepe with spinach, either salmon or ham, Gruyere cheese, tomato and a sunny side up egg, the sweet Crepe with Berries and Whipped Cream ($8), and the Crepe Banana and Chocolate ($8).
