In the bayous of the deep south in the year 1904, there's a small freak show with a big attraction: girl with green skin and a sharp tongue. This Swamp Baby has had her history hidden from her. She wants to find her past. The once wealthy Armand Aubigny wants to use her to get into the 1904 World's Fair and respectable society. When their missions intertwine, history unravels, secrets are stripped bare, and everyone ends up as a freak.
