Presentation:
No matter how strong your idea is, no matter how innovative your product may be, or how important the new project to be done, if you cannot effectively communicate with your cohorts and customers, you will probably not succeed. This workshop will focus on the 3 most critical communication and influencing skills you need to be effective and persuasive in business. We will cover listening and communication styles and test your ability to build rapport quickly and adjust to feedback. A short quiz will enable each person to identify their own style and learn more about how to influence others. This includes communication skills exercises to build gravitas and confidence. We will discuss and practice two different, fundamental structures for building clear and persuasive messages, which will cut the time needed to prepare for important conversations, meetings and presentations, by half. Influencing without authority requires a special ability to focus on what is relevant to the other person. A proven model will be demonstrated for designing your key messages that make impact every time.
