Finding unintentional legal violations or non-compliance with preventative measures can be costly in both money and time. This session will review processes necessary to stay in legal compliance with State and Federal law and will explore a best practices approach to keeping Board Approval of Resolutions, eliminating conflict of interest issues, corporate loans, write offs, stock options, bonus plans, job offers, termination procedures, employee law and preventative measures to minimize potential legal issues and when to involve legal counsel.

This event is a collegial luncheon designed to foster discussion in a confidential format among founders, officers and managers (CEO, CFO, CTO, CMO) of startup technology companies. We request that participants be involved in the management of a technology company.
