Join the SVAMA as we explore an emerging technology and its potential marketing application. Get access to the latest research from Yahoo!, Ipsos Insight, and Forrester Research.

For example, what does "RSS" stand for exactly? RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and it lets online users freely subscribe to their choice of content sources across the web. Many of us have heard the phrase but have little knowledge of what it is or how it impacts our marketing community. This is why we assembled an expert panel for you.

Presenting "Insights for Marketing with RSS" Joshua Grossnickle, Senior Director, Market Research, Yahoo, and Scott Gatz, Senior Director, Personalization Products, Yahoo, will discuss best practices for marketing via RSS, highlighting recent research from Yahoo! and Ipsos Insight about RSS awareness and usage. Charlene Li, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research will discuss the marketing application of RSS.

ALSO THIS MONTH: SVAMA Orientation
Want to know more about the American Marketing Association and its Silicon Valley chapter, SVAMA? Please join SVAMA Board and Membership Committee Members for our bi-monthly SVAMA orientation, which will be held immediately prior to the monthly meeting. NOTE: If you plan to attend both the orientation and the monthly program, please make sure you register for both.
