Suzie Vinnick, with a voice of ‘spun gold and honey’, will release her new CD, Happy Here at Hugh’s Room on Wednesday, October 8.

Happy Here is a collection of gorgeous songs – written or co-written by Suzie - and for this she enlisted the help of highly regarded singer/songwriter Stephen Fearing to act as producer. Suzie will have a stellar band for her Hugh’s Room concert including, Gary Craig, Burke Carroll, John Dymond, Kurt Swinghammer and Denis Keldie. This evening will undoubtedly draw a who’s who of the music community in and around Toronto.

Saskatoon native Suzie Vinnick who now makes Toronto her home, has been delighting audiences across Canada, America, Europe and as far away as China for the past decade. She is in constant demand on blues, jazz and folk stages as both a headliner and also singing and playing for many others. Her many credits include three MapleBlues Awards, for singing, bass playing and for songwriting (an award she shares with sometime musical partner, Rick Fines).
