sustainability: "[to meet] the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
The producers of Earthdance San Diego unite as one on Saturday, April 4th to celebrate 19 years of Polka Dot Presents and highlight the launch of SUSTAINABLE SATURDAYS, a monthly event that serves as the majority fundraiser for Earthdance (Saturday September 26th).
We are excited to announce that SPIN, the true dance venue in San Diego, will serve as the official host for 2009’s Earthdance After Party!
Our objective for SUSTAINABLE SATURDAYS is to create an experience where the community comes together to share ideas of sustainability, learn about Earthdance and supported organizations, and showcases music, art, and culture. We’ll greet you with a smile when you walk through the front door. No flyers littering up our city streets. No crazy guest list parameters because EVERYONE IS VIP.
Each month we will introduce a new theme so you play an active part in the production of not just another club night, but an EVENT. Get in the spirit and wear Polka Dots to celebrate our birthday and we’ll give you 2 for 1 entry!
We thank our many friends for the 19 years of support and look forward to celebrating with you on April 4th
