Sustainability Film Contest March 20, 2007

Should art educate, inform, organize, influence, incite to action, or should it simply be an object of pleasure?

Showcase your creativity... UBC's first ever Sustainability Film Contest is looking for submissions of short films (up to 10 minutes) on the theme of Responsible Consumption and (you guessed it!) Sustainability. This theme is open for interpretation in whatever way most inspires you!

We're offering cash prizes and the chance for your film to be featured at the Sustainability Film Festival on Tuesday March 20, at 7:00pm in Michael Smith Laboratory Lecture Hall (Room 102).
1st Prize: $1000
2nd Prize: $500
3rd Prize: $200
Deadline for film submissions is Thursday, March 15 at 12 pm.
