Parents: Do you have count the minutes until your little tyrant goes to school? Are you worn out from asking your children to do the same thing over and over? Is everything a negotiation?

Learn three tactics to enjoy your children instead of enduring them from a parenting expert, speaker and author, Susan Tordella at a special event hosted by The Rabbit Hole on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 2 pm, 805 Main St. in Fitchburg, Mass., telephone... 978-345-0040. Children welcome.

Hear a three-step process to make peace with your mini-tyrant by using mutual respect, family meetings - dinner - and chores, the Triple EE - encouragement-expectation-empowerment, kindness and firmness, and natural and logical consequences.

The goal is to make peace with your difficult child without stifling him or
her.
