Renowned Irish vocalist Susan McKeown joins forces with Lorin Sklamberg, lead singer of the award-winning Jewish American band The Klezmatics—along with guitarist Aidan Brennan—for an unforgettable evening of song inspired by both Gaelic and Yiddish traditions. Drawing from rare archival material as well as traditional ballads, McKeown and Sklamberg create a heartfelt interweaving of Jewish and Irish music and explore such universal themes as love, death, betrothal, and betrayal.
