Support Group for Women Survivors of Sexual Abuse December 13, 2011

Join us for an evening of healing and therapeutic yoga. If you are a survivor of sexual abuse, then this support group is for you.

The evening of healing will consist sharing and connecting with other women in a safe and caring environment. Therapeutic healing will be offered through restorative yoga, breath work, guided meditation and healing touch. Restorative yoga is easy enough for those of all levels of practice.
