The party for hackers and thinkers is back at the classic SuperHappyFunHouse. DevHouse 10000 will commence on Saturday, March 24th in Hillsborough. Hacking will start at 1pm with an open grill and continue until 1am with lots of caffeine and snacks!
Join us at our Hillsborough venue for our 16th non-marketing, non-conference, social event. Be here at 1pm with a laptop, your ideas, your own goodies to grill and some snacks or drinks to share and we'll start our hacking with a tasty BBQ.
We will once again be bringing constructive toys (Legos, K'nex, etc) for your creative pleasure. If you have any constructive toys you'd like to donate to the DevHouse, even wooden building blocks, do bring them with you!
Regular donations will of course be accepted and muchly appreciated. Thanks to all those that donated at previous events! :)
Be sure to tell your friends, as the Bay Area's #1 private productive party organization (3PO), DevHouse not only gives you an intimate venue to meet, share ideas and have fun with other developers, designers, and designer-developers... it provides you with a venue to sit down and get things done!
We're about rapid development, ad-hoc collaboration, and cross pollination. Whether you're a l33t hax0r, hardcore coder, or passionate designer, if you enjoy software and technology development, SuperHappyDevHouse is where you should be.
Your hacker friends,
Jeff Lindsay, David Weekly and Tom Harrison

At Joel's prodding, I'll try to make it even though I don't know anybody. Hopefully that won't last long!
We don't bite :-)
I do.
If I was going to be in Palo Alto (startup school), would public transit serve my needs to and fro? Or ought I rent a car/helicopter/dog sled?
Your best bet would be to catch a ride with someone. Alternatively, you can take Caltrain from Palo Alto to whatever station's the closest, then bike/hike/hitchhike to SHFH.
See http://transit.511.org/tripplanner/index.asp for all your public transit questions.
I'm coming too despite not knowing anyone :(
Maybe Wilson and I can be friends, I haven't met any other hybrid web designer/developer freaks like myself yet :)
Tom: I'd be shocked if a least a couple people from startup school were coming. I can try and talk my Y-combinator friends into it or give you a ride down there myself.
Alright Weekly, I am finally gonna make it to one of these! I always figured I wasn't hackerriffic to hang with this crowd, but it can't hurt to show up and see if I can add something to the mix. I can certainly help on the food&drink side, as Dave can testify. :)
sweet - maybe I can get my design groove on with the Hax0r kids!
Happy second hex digit SHDH! You're all growing up and stuff. May the next 0x10 be just as h@x0rific.
Ok all you random people with your photos and snazzy blogs, I'm coming, though I won't know a single person there. Maybe I'll work on my Puzzle Pirates crew tracker app. Or just play the game...
I could be coming, but what will I do without a computer? :-S so it is iffy
i come bearing api and secret beta bits

First comment.
I can't make it. I'll be violating the sanctity of marriage with the Rasts in Vegas. However, I know someone who may be able to attend and do some food hacking.
I'll make sure to take a break from toys and interact with a lot more people at SHDH next time, sir. Scout's Honor.
